Hi Q's investment portfolio is based on the ASX property securities market and includes investments in some of Australia's largest real estate companies as well as unlisted property trusts and financial structures(1) traded with one of the world's largest banks, UBS.
(1) The financial structures and derivatives used by the Fund are linked to listed property securities and the risk profile of the Fund is aligned to movements in these securities. Market movements in the price of securities are a risk of the Fund, however listed property securities as a whole generally trade with a lower volatility than general listed securities and the Fund does adopt strategies to mitigate these risks.
